Metal In has installed and put into operation a modern, robotic line for electrolytic zinc coating on steel.

The line uses the technology to apply alkaline zinc, a zinc-nickel that has better corrosion resistance. The chemicals used are from leading European manufacturers.

The line is equipped with modern laboratory equipment for monitoring and express analysis of the composition of the baths, which ensures consistently high quality coating.

The laboratory is equipped with modern equipment from the German company Fischer to measure the thickness of the coating.

The dimensions of the bathtubs are 1200x800x2000 mm.

The thickness of the coating is from 5µ to 30µ.

Possibility to apply blue and yellow zinc coating.

If necessary, we can offer additional processing that increases the corrosion resistance in salt mud up to 720 hours.
